try praying and moving at the same time!

i have been practicing tai chi and qigong for many years. i believe that chi balance and development are keys to good health.

i also believe in prayer through movement. this is one of my all time favorites:

      wonderful! try starting with these simple one word actions and then build from there:

      back in 2010 (i think) i invited dr anne st sacred heart to do an evening of prayer with the prayer motions!
